In August 2023, the average non-electric pulley tackle export price amounted to $517 per unit, dropping by -37.9% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the export price recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in July 2023 an increase of 24% m-o-m. As a result, the export price reached the peak level of $833 per unit, and then dropped markedly in the following month.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major foreign markets. In August 2023, the country with the highest price was the United States ($1,480 per unit), while the average price for exports to the Czech Republic ($207 per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From August 2022 to August 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Denmark (+2.5%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average non-electric pulley tackle import price stood at $140 per unit in August 2023, reducing by -9.2% against the previous month. In general, the import price recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in November 2022 when the average import price increased by 30% against the previous month. The import price peaked at $191 per unit in February 2023; however, from March 2023 to August 2023, import prices failed to regain momentum.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was Japan ($370 per unit), while the price for China ($76.0 per unit) was amongst the lowest.
