Leather Apparel Price in Guatemala (CIF) - 2022
The average leather apparel import price stood at $25 per unit in 2022, waning by -8.3% against the previous year. In general, the import price, however, recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 when the average import price increased by 37%. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the maximum at $29 per unit in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2022, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Germany ($116 per unit), while the price for China ($5.8 per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by India (+29.6%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average leather apparel export price stood at $18 per unit in 2022, reducing by -57.9% against the previous year. In general, the export price, however, continues to indicate a strong increase.
