Flax Yarn Price in Lithuania (FOB) - 2023

In September 2023, the average flax yarn export price amounted to $14,811 per ton, surging by 15% against the previous month. Over the last twelve-month period, it increased at an average monthly rate of +2.6%. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in April 2023 an increase of 30% m-o-m. The export price peaked at $15,189 per ton in July 2023; however, from August 2023 to September 2023, the export prices remained at a lower figure.

There were significant differences in the average prices for the major foreign markets. In September 2023, the country with the highest price was Italy ($19,545 per ton), while the average price for exports to France totaled $3,398 per ton.
