The average fishing reels export price stood at $24,602 per ton in 2022, which is down by -3% against the previous year. Over the last decade, it increased at an average annual rate of +2.8%. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2014 when the average export price increased by 18% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the average export prices reached the maximum at $25,725 per ton in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2022, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.

There were significant differences in the average prices for the major overseas markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Japan ($60,538 per ton), while the average price for exports to Belarus ($9,414 per ton) was amongst the lowest.

From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Japan (+11.1%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
