Commercial Printing Price in Finland (CIF) - 2023
In June 2023, the average commercial printing import price amounted to $13,388 per ton, picking up by 5.8% against the previous month. Overall, import price indicated notable growth from June 2022 to June 2023: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +2.2% over the last twelve-month period. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on June 2023 figures, commercial printing import price increased by +25.4% against March 2023 indices. The growth pace was the most rapid in December 2022 an increase of 24% against the previous month. The import price peaked at $14,173 per ton in February 2023; however, from March 2023 to June 2023, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was the Netherlands ($27,455 per ton), while the price for Estonia ($4,342 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From June 2022 to June 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Norway (+12.4%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2022, the average commercial printing export price amounted to $12,121 per ton, picking up by 8.8% against the previous year. In general, the export price enjoyed buoyant growth. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2019 when the average export price increased by 89%. The export price peaked in 2022 and is likely to continue growth in years to come.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major foreign markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Poland ($58,887 per ton), while the average price for exports to Zimbabwe ($2,185 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Poland (+32.7%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

Commercial Printing Exports in Finland
