Chipped Non-Coniferous Wood Price in Uganda (FOB) - 2022
The average chipped non-coniferous wood export price stood at $157 per cubic meter in 2022, with a decrease of -31.3% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price, however, showed a prominent expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 when the average export price increased by 423%. As a result, the export price reached the peak level of $260 per cubic meter. From 2021 to 2022, the average export prices remained at a lower figure.

Over the period under review, the exports attained the peak figure at 62 cubic meters in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2022, the exports failed to regain momentum.

The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 when exports increased by 271% against the previous year. As a result, the exports reached the peak of $11K.
