Chipped Non-Coniferous Wood Price in Bulgaria (FOB) - 2022

The average chipped non-coniferous wood export price stood at $42 per cubic meter in 2022, leveling off at the previous year. Overall, the export price, however, recorded a pronounced curtailment. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2021 with an increase of 21% against the previous year. As a result, imports attained the peak of 967 cubic meters, and then declined in the following year.

In value terms, chipped non-coniferous wood imports totaled $232K in 2022. The total import value increased at an average annual rate of +6.8% from 2019 to 2022; however, the trend pattern remained relatively stable, with somewhat noticeable fluctuations in certain years.
