The drying process ensures the removal of moisture without causing any deformations or cracks in the tiles.

After drying, the tiles are fired in a kiln at high temperatures. The firing process is crucial as it transforms the raw materials into a hardened, vitrified tile with enhanced strength and durability. The tiles are fired in multiple stages to achieve the desired hardness and characteristics.

Finishing Stage:

Once the tiles are fired and cooled, they undergo various finishing processes. This includes glazing, where a liquid glass coating is applied to the surface of the tile to enhance its appearance and provide additional protection. The glazed tiles are then subjected to a final firing to bond the glaze to the tile surface.

The final stage involves sorting, packaging, and quality control. The tiles are sorted based on their size, texture, color, and other specifications. They are then packed and labeled for distribution. Quality control measures are implemented throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that the tiles meet the desired standards and specifications.
