By contrast, the United States (-3.9%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. While the share of China (+7.7 p.p.), Mexico (+5 p.p.), Poland (+2.2 p.p.) and India (+1.7 p.p.) increased significantly in terms of the global exports from 2012-2022, the share of France (-1.6 p.p.), Germany (-1.9 p.p.) and the United States (-3.8 p.p.) displayed negative dynamics. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.

In value terms, the largest brakes and servo-brakes supplying countries worldwide were China ($7.6B), Germany ($4.7B) and Mexico ($4.2B), together accounting for 47% of global exports.
