Nigeria was the key exporter of crude coconut (copra) oil in ECOWAS, with the volume of exports accounting for X tons, which was near X% of total exports in 2022. Cote d'Ivoire (X tons) took the second position in the ranking, distantly followed by Ghana (X tons). All these countries together took near X% share of total exports.

The following importers - Niger (X tons), Togo (X tons) and Nigeria (X tons) - together made up X% of total imports.
Mali was also the fastest-growing in terms of the crude coconut (copra) oil imports, with a CAGR of X% from 2012 to 2022. At the same time, Nigeria (X%), Niger (X%), Ghana (X%) and Togo (X%) displayed positive paces of growth. While the share of Mali (X p.p.), Ghana (X p.p.), Niger (X p.p.), Togo (X p.p.) and Nigeria (X p.p.) increased significantly, the shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
