In value terms, chicken egg exports shrank to $X in 2020. Overall, exports, however, continue to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2013 with an increase of X% y-o-y. Global exports peaked at $X in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2020, exports failed to regain the momentum.

The shipments of the twelve major exporters of chicken eggs, namely Uzbekistan, the Netherlands, Malaysia, India, Poland, Turkey, the U.S., Germany, Ukraine, Spain, Belgium and China, represented more than two-thirds of total export.

From 2007 to 2020, the biggest increases were in Uzbekistan (+X% per year), while shipments for the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average chicken egg export price stood at $X per tonne in 2020, declining by -X% against the previous year. Overall, export price indicated a modest increase from 2007 to 2020: its price increased at an average annual rate of +X% over the last thirteen years. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2020 figures, chicken egg export price decreased by -X% against 2018 indices. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2014 when the average export price increased by X% y-o-y. As a result, export price attained the peak level of $X per tonne. from 2015 to 2020, the growth in terms of the average export prices failed to regain the momentum.
