The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2014 when imports increased by 22%. Global imports peaked at X tons in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2021, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.
In value terms, non-electric air heater imports surged to $X in 2021. The total import value increased at an average annual rate of +4.8% from 2012 to 2021; however, the trend pattern indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded in certain years. As a result, imports attained the peak and are likely to continue growth in the immediate term.

Canada (X tons) and the United States (X tons) represented roughly 45% of total imports in 2021. It was distantly followed by Russia (X tons), comprising a 5.7% share of total imports. The following importers - Mexico (X tons), Poland (X tons), Germany (X tons), the UK (X tons), the Netherlands (X tons), France (X tons) and Australia (X tons) - together made up 25% of total imports.
From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of purchases, amongst the main importing countries, was attained by Mexico (with a CAGR of +24.8%), while imports for the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
In value terms, the largest non-electric air heater importing markets worldwide were the United States ($X), Canada ($X) and Russia ($X), with a combined 66% share of global imports. These countries were followed by Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Australia, France, the UK and Mexico, which together accounted for a further 16%.
In terms of the main importing countries, Mexico, with a CAGR of +22.1%, saw the highest growth rate of the value of imports, over the period under review, while purchases for the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average non-electric air heater import price stood at $X per ton in 2021, with an increase of 17% against the previous year. In general, import price indicated temperate growth from 2012 to 2021: its price increased at an average annual rate of +4.2% over the last nine years. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2021 figures, non-electric air heater import price increased by +91.2% against 2016 indices. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2019 when the average import price increased by 26%. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the peak figure in 2021 and is likely to see steady growth in the immediate term.
