The following importers - Burkina Faso (X kg), Sierra Leone (X kg) and Guinea (X kg) - together made up X% of total imports.
From 2012 to 2022, average annual rates of growth with regard to flax fiber imports into Niger stood at X%. At the same time, Guinea (X%), Mauritania (X%), Senegal (X%) and Burkina Faso (X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Guinea emerged as the fastest-growing importer imported in Western Africa, with a CAGR of X% from 2012-2022. Sierra Leone experienced a relatively flat trend pattern. In 2022, the import price in Western Africa amounted to $X per ton, growing by X% against the previous year. Import price indicated pronounced growth from 2012 to 2022: its price increased at an average annual rate of X% over the last decade. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2022 figures, flax fiber import price increased by X% against 2019 indices.
