Exports from the U.S.

For the fourth consecutive year, the United States recorded decline in overseas shipments of transistors, other than photosensitive transistors, which decreased by X% to X units in 2022. Over the period under review, exports continue to indicate a deep setback. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2014 when exports increased by X% against the previous year. As a result, the exports attained the peak of X units. From 2015 to 2022, the growth of the exports remained at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, transistor exports surged to $X in 2022. The total export value increased at an average annual rate of X% over the period from 2012 to 2022; however, the trend pattern indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2021 with an increase of X%. Over the period under review, the exports hit record highs in 2022 and are expected to retain growth in the immediate term.
