Smoked Herring Exports

Exports from the U.S.

In 2022, overseas shipments of smoked herrings increased by X% to X tons, rising for the third year in a row after three years of decline. Overall, exports showed a temperate increase. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2020 with an increase of X%. The exports peaked at X tons in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2022, the exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, smoked herring exports surged to $X in 2022. In general, exports saw a moderate increase. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2020 when exports increased by X% against the previous year.
