The third position in this ranking was taken by Hong Kong SAR (X units), with a 9.2% share.

From 2012 to 2021, the average annual growth rate of volume to the United Arab Emirates stood at -5.3%. Exports to the other major destinations recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: the UK (+63.0% per year) and Hong Kong SAR (+6.6% per year).

In value terms, the largest markets for loudspeaker exported from Thailand were the United Arab Emirates ($X), India ($X) and the UK ($X), with a combined 53% share of total exports.

Among the main countries of destination, the UK, with a CAGR of +55.0%, recorded the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of exports, over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2021, the average loudspeaker export price amounted to $X per unit, waning by -31.1% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price, however, showed mild growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2019 when the average export price increased by 415%. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $X per unit. From 2020 to 2021, the average export prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.

There were significant differences in the average prices for the major external markets. In 2021, the country with the highest price was India ($X per unit), while the average price for exports to France ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.

After three years of decline, supplies from abroad of single loudspeakers (in enclosure) increased by 39% to X units in 2021. Overall, imports showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2015 with an increase of 67% against the previous year. Imports peaked at X units in 2017; however, from 2018 to 2021, imports failed to regain momentum.

In value terms, loudspeaker imports soared to $X in 2021. Over the period under review, total imports indicated strong growth from 2012 to 2021: its value increased at an average annual rate of +5.9% over the last nine years.
