Dolomite Exports

Exports from Sweden

In 2021, the amount of chalk and dolomite exported from Sweden rose rapidly to X tons, increasing by 11% compared with the previous year. The total export volume increased at an average annual rate of +5.3% from 2012 to 2021; however, the trend pattern indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded in certain years. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 with an increase of 13%. The exports peaked in 2021 and are likely to see gradual growth in the immediate term.

The growth pace was the most rapid in 2014 when imports increased by 28% against the previous year. As a result, imports reached the peak of X tons. From 2015 to 2021, the growth of imports remained at a somewhat lower figure.
