For the fourth year in a row, Spain recorded growth in shipments abroad of iron or steel doors, thresholds for doors and windows, which increased by 9.3% to X units in 2022. The total export volume increased at an average annual rate of +4.9% from 2012 to 2022; however, the trend pattern indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2013 with an increase of 39% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the exports of attained the peak figure in 2022 and are expected to retain growth in the immediate term.
