After three years of growth, shipments abroad of maize bran decreased by X% to X tons in 2023. In general, exports continue to indicate a mild descent. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2018 with an increase of X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the exports attained the peak figure at X tons in 2022, and then shrank dramatically in the following year.
In value terms, maize bran exports contracted dramatically to $X in 2023. Overall, exports continue to indicate a pronounced curtailment. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 with an increase of X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the exports hit record highs at $X in 2022, and then dropped significantly in the following year.
