The total fibre furnish export price in South Africa stood at $X per kg in 2017, standing approx. at the previous year. Overall, total fibre furnish export price continues to indicate a mild decline. From 2007 to 2017, average annual rates of growth with regard to total fibre furnish imports into China stood at +X%. At the same time, Turkey (+X%), India (+X%), Spain (+X%) and the Netherlands (+X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Turkey emerged as the fastest growing importer in the world, with a CAGR of +X% from 2007-2017. Germany, South Korea, Indonesia, the U.S., France and Italy experienced a relatively flat trend pattern. By contrast, Mexico (-X%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period.
