In 2022, shipments abroad of chemical wood pulp (sulphite, other than dissolving grades) decreased by X% to X tons, falling for the second consecutive year after three years of growth. Over the period under review, exports, however, saw a significant increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 with an increase of X% against the previous year. As a result, the exports reached the peak of X tons. From 2021 to 2022, the growth of the exports remained at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, sulphite wood pulp exports declined rapidly to $X in 2022. Overall, exports, however, enjoyed significant growth. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2020 when exports increased by X%. As a result, the exports attained the peak of $X.
