Exports from Singapore

In 2022, after two years of growth, there was significant decline in shipments abroad of semiconductor devices, when their volume decreased by X% to X units. Overall, exports saw a drastic downturn. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2013 with an increase of X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the exports reached the peak figure at X units in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2022, the exports remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, semiconductor device exports declined sharply to $X in 2022. In general, exports, however, continue to indicate measured growth. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2013 when exports increased by X%. Over the period under review, the exports attained the peak figure at $X in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2022, the exports failed to regain momentum.
