Exports by Country

Jordan (X tonnes), Egypt (X tonnes) and Lebanon (X tonnes) were the main destinations of orange juice exports from Saudi Arabia, with a combined X% share of total exports. These countries were followed by Bahrain, Libya, Sudan, Algeria, Ethiopia, Syrian Arab Republic, Cote d'Ivoire and Malaysia, which together accounted for a further X 2007 to 2018, the most notable rate of growth in terms of exports, amongst the main countries of destination, was attained by Cote d'Ivoire (+X% per year), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

The export price peaked at $X per tonne in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2018, export prices remained at a lower figure.

There were significant differences in the average prices for the major foreign markets. In 2018, the country with the highest price was Syrian Arab Republic ($X per tonne), while the average price for exports to Lebanon ($X per tonne) was amongst the lowest.

From 2007 to 2018, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Syrian Arab Republic, while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
