Exports from Saudi Arabia

After two years of growth, shipments abroad of electrical capacitors decreased by X% to X units in 2022. Overall, exports continue to indicate a sharp slump. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2018 when exports increased by X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the exports attained the maximum at X units in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, capacitor exports skyrocketed to $X in 2022. In general, exports continue to indicate a sharp decrease. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 when exports increased by X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the exports attained the maximum at $X in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the exports remained at a lower figure.

South Africa (X units) was the main destination for capacitor exports from Saudi Arabia, with a X% share of total exports. Moreover, capacitor exports to South Africa exceeded the volume sent to the second major destination, Brazil (X units), sixfold.
