From 2012 to 2022, the average annual growth rate of value in South Africa totaled -8.0%. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Zimbabwe (+6.8% per year) and Namibia (-10.1% per year).

The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 when the export price increased by 14%.
