Cocoa Butter Exports

Exports from the Russian Federation

In 2022, approx. X tons of cocoa butter were exported from Russia; reducing by X% against 2021 figures. In general, exports, however, saw a significant expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2013 when exports increased by X%. As a result, the exports reached the peak of X tons. From 2014 to 2022, the growth of the exports failed to regain momentum.

In value terms, cocoa butter exports contracted significantly to $X in 2022. Overall, exports, however, showed a significant expansion. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2013 with an increase of X% against the previous year. The exports peaked at $X in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2022, the exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

Kazakhstan (X tons), Armenia (X tons) and Lithuania (X tons) were the main destinations of cocoa butter exports from Russia, together comprising X% of total exports.

From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of shipments, amongst the main countries of destination, was attained by Armenia (with a CAGR of X%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

As a result, imports reached the peak of X tons. From 2014 to 2022, the growth of imports remained at a somewhat lower figure.
