Over the period under review, imports reached the peak figure at X tonnes in 2016; however, from 2017 to 2019, imports failed to regain the momentum.

In value terms, pyrethrum and peppermint imports reduced sharply to $X in 2019. In general, imports, however, posted a prominent expansion.
