The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2013 when exports increased by X% year-to-year. Over the period under review, exports reached the maximum at $X in 2007; however, from 2008 to 2020, exports failed to regain the momentum.
Exports by Country
Malaysia (X tonnes), Brunei Darussalam (X tonnes) and the United Arab Emirates (X tonnes) were the main destinations of apple juice (single strength) exports from the Philippines, with a combined X% share of total exports. These countries were followed by Singapore, Palau and Canada, which together accounted for a further X 2007 to 2020, the biggest increases were in Canada, while shipments for the other leaders experienced mixed trend patterns.
In value terms, the largest markets for apple juice (single strength) exported from the Philippines were Malaysia ($X), the United Arab Emirates ($X) and Singapore ($X), together accounting for X% of total exports. In general, export price indicated moderate growth from 2007 to 2020: its price increased at an average annual rate of +X% over the last thirteen-year period. Over the period under review, imports attained the maximum at X tonnes in 2016; however, from 2017 to 2020, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.
