In value terms, truck crane imports soared to $X in 2021. Overall, imports recorded a resilient increase. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2019 with an increase of 142% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports attained the maximum at $X in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2021, imports failed to regain momentum.

In 2021, China (X units) constituted the largest supplier of truck crane to Peru, with a 40% share of total imports. Moreover, truck crane imports from China exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, the United States (X units), twofold. The third position in this ranking was taken by Germany (X units), with a 19% share.
