Toy Market Size in Norway

The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2020 figures, exports increased by +X% against 2015 indices. As a result, exports reached the peak and are likely to continue growth in the immediate term.

Sweden (X tonnes) was the main destination for toy exports from Norway, accounting for a X% share of total exports. Moreover, toy exports to Sweden exceeded the volume sent to the second major destination, the Netherlands (X tonnes), tenfold. In 2020, toy imports into Norway skyrocketed to X tonnes, picking up by X% against the year before. In general, imports, however, continue to indicate a mild setback. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2012 when imports increased by X% y-o-y. Imports peaked at X tonnes in 2007; however, from 2008 to 2020, imports remained at a lower figure.
