Quilted Textile Products Exports

Exports in Northern America

After three years of decline, overseas shipments of quilted textile products in the piece (excluding embroidery) increased by 12% to X tons in 2021. Over the period under review, exports, however, recorded a pronounced reduction. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 with an increase of 34% against the previous year. As a result, the exports attained the peak of X tons. From 2018 to 2021, the growth of the exports remained at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, quilted textile products exports expanded markedly to $X in 2021. In general, exports, however, recorded a pronounced decrease. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 with an increase of 36%. Over the period under review, the exports hit record highs at $X in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2021, the exports remained at a lower figure.
