Exports from the Netherlands

In 2021, the amount of glass fibre filaments exported from the Netherlands totaled X tons, surging by 13% against the previous year. In general, exports recorded prominent growth. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2019 when exports increased by 455% against the previous year. As a result, the exports reached the peak of X tons. From 2020 to 2021, the growth of the exports remained at a somewhat lower figure.

Over the period under review, imports, however, posted a prominent expansion. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2019 with an increase of 98%. As a result, imports reached the peak of X tons. From 2020 to 2021, the growth of imports remained at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, glass fibre filament imports rose slightly to $X in 2021. Overall, imports, however, showed a resilient increase.
