Germany (X tonnes) was the main destination for chipped coniferous wood exports from the Netherlands, accounting for a X% share of total exports. Moreover, chipped coniferous wood exports to Germany exceeded the volume sent to the second major destination, Belgium (X tonnes), threefold.

The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2014 when imports increased by X% year-to-year. Over the period under review, chipped coniferous wood imports attained their maximum at $X in 2008; however, from 2009 to 2018, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

Imports by Country

Germany (X tonnes), Belgium (X tonnes) and Portugal (X tonnes) were the main suppliers of chipped coniferous wood imports to the Netherlands, together comprising X% of total imports.
