In general, imports, however, posted a pronounced expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 with an increase of X% year-to-year. Imports peaked at X tonnes in 2020, and then shrank sharply in the following year.
In value terms, brazil nut imports dropped rapidly to $X in 2021. Over the period under review, imports, however, showed a perceptible increase.
