In value terms, knotted carpet imports fell remarkably to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, imports, however, recorded a deep slump. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2014 with an increase of 284% against the previous year. As a result, imports reached the peak of $X. From 2015 to 2022, the growth of imports remained at a somewhat lower figure.

Spain (X square meters), Egypt (X square meters) and France (X square meters) were the main suppliers of knotted carpet imports to Morocco, together comprising 88% of total imports.
