From 2012 to 2021, average annual rates of growth with regard to relay exports from Turkey stood at +X%. At the same time, Oman (+X%) and Israel (+X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Oman emerged as the fastest-growing exporter exported in the Middle East, with a CAGR of +X% from 2012-2021. From 2016 to 2021, the growth of imports failed to regain momentum.

In value terms, relay imports expanded markedly to $X in 2021. In general, imports, however, recorded a mild slump. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2015 with an increase of X% against the previous year. As a result, imports reached the peak of $X. From 2016 to 2021, the growth of imports remained at a somewhat lower figure.

Turkey was the main importing country with an import of about X tons, which resulted at X% of total imports. Saudi Arabia (X tons) ranks second in terms of the total imports with a X% share, followed by the United Arab Emirates (X%), Qatar (X%), Iran (X%) and Iraq (X%).
