In value terms, Turkey ($X) remains the largest muesli supplier in Middle East, making up X% of global exports. The second position in the ranking was occupied by Lebanon ($X), with a X% share of global exports. It was followed by the United Arab Emirates, with a X% share.

Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey, Bahrain and Syrian Arab Republic lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further X%.

Iraq (+X% per year) recorded the highest growth rate of imports, among the main importing countries over the last decade, while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

Muesli Import Prices by Country in Middle East

The muesli import price in Middle East stood at $X per ton in 2017, lowering by -X% against the previous year. The muesli import price continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2013, when the import prices increased by X% against the previous year. The level of import price peaked of $X per ton in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2017, it failed to regain its momentum.

There were significant differences in the average import prices amongst the major importing countries. In 2017, the country with the highest import price was Qatar ($X per ton), while Syrian Arab Republic ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.
