Exports in the Middle East

For the third year in a row, the Middle East recorded growth in shipments abroad of hats and other headgear, which increased by X% to X units in 2022. Over the period under review, exports recorded a remarkable increase. As a result, the exports reached the peak and are likely to continue growth in the immediate term.

In value terms, hat and headgear exports skyrocketed to $X in 2022. Overall, exports continue to indicate a strong expansion. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2021 when exports increased by X% against the previous year. The level of export peaked in 2022 and is expected to retain growth in the near future.

Turkey prevails in exports structure, reaching X units, which was near X% of total exports in 2022. Saudi Arabia (X units) took a X% share (based on physical terms) of total exports, which put it in second place, followed by the United Arab Emirates (X%).
