In 2022, overseas shipments of rum increased by X% to X litres for the first time since 2017, thus ending a four-year declining trend. Over the period under review, exports recorded a prominent expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2016 with an increase of X% against the previous year. The volume of export peaked in 2022 and is expected to retain growth in the near future.
