Pistachio Market Size in Mexico

In 2019, the Mexican pistachio market increased by X% to $X, rising for the third year in a row after two years of decline. In general, consumption enjoyed a significant increase. Over the period under review, exports reached the peak figure at X tonnes in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2019, exports remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, pistachio exports fell sharply to $X in 2019. Over the period under review, exports showed a significant contraction. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2014 with an increase of X% y-o-y. As a result, exports reached the peak of $X. From 2015 to 2019, the growth exports remained at a somewhat lower figure.

Belize (X kg), Canada (X kg) and Honduras (X kg) were the main destinations of pistachio exports from Mexico.
