In 2021, the amount of mercuries imported into Mexico dropped significantly to X kg, which is down by -X% compared with the previous year's figure. Over the period under review, imports showed a deep setback. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 with an increase of X%. Imports peaked at X tonnes in 2016; however, from 2017 to 2021, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.
