Exports in MERCOSUR

Fresh pork cut exports surged to X tons in 2022, with an increase of X% on 2021 figures. Overall, exports, however, saw a sharp decline. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 with an increase of X%. The volume of export peaked at X tons in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the exports failed to regain momentum.

In value terms, fresh pork cut exports soared to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, exports, however, showed a precipitous descent.
