Among the main importing countries, Saudi Arabia, with a CAGR of +26.2%, saw the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of imports, over the period under review, while purchases for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

Import Prices by Country

In 2021, the import price in MENA amounted to $X per unit, surging by 36% against the previous year. Overall, the import price recorded a pronounced expansion. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2020 an increase of 110%. Over the period under review, import prices attained the peak figure in 2021 and is expected to retain growth in the near future.
