In 2020, after three years of growth, there was significant decline in purchases abroad of toilet or facial tissue stock, towel and similar paper, when their volume decreased by -X% to X tonnes. Total imports indicated moderate growth from 2007 to 2020: its volume increased at an average annual rate of +X% over the last thirteen years. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2020 figures, imports increased by +X% against 2016 indices. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2017 with an increase of X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports hit record highs at X tonnes in 2019, and then fell in the following year.
