From 2013 to 2019, the growth exports remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, refined olive oil exports fell notably to $X in 2019. Over the period under review, exports showed a perceptible shrinkage. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2012 with an increase of X% y-o-y. Over the period under review, exports reached the maximum at $X in 2007; however, from 2008 to 2019, exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

Argentina (X tonnes) and Chile (X tonnes) prevails in refined olive oil exports structure, together committing X% of total exports. It was distantly followed by Panama (X tonnes), making up a X% share of total exports. Over the period under review, imports attained the peak figure at X tonnes in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2019, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, refined olive oil imports shrank to $X in 2019. Overall, imports saw a mild reduction. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2011 when imports increased by X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports hit record highs at $X in 2008; however, from 2009 to 2019, imports remained at a lower figure.

Brazil represented the key importing country with an import of around X tonnes, which finished at X% of total imports.
