Crane Exports

Exports in Latin America and the Caribbean

In 2022, shipments abroad of derricks, cranes, mobile lifting frames, straddle carriers and work trucks fitted with a crane decreased by X% to X units, falling for the third year in a row after two years of growth. In general, exports continue to indicate a noticeable descent. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2014 with an increase of X%. Over the period under review, the exports attained the peak figure at X units in 2016; however, from 2017 to 2022, the exports remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, crane exports reached $X in 2022. Over the period under review, exports saw a noticeable decrease. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2014 when exports increased by X%.
