Loudspeaker Market Size in Kenya

The Kenyan loudspeaker market shrank markedly to $X in 2023, with a decrease of X% against the previous year. Nigeria (X units) was the main destination for loudspeaker exports from Kenya, with a X% share of total exports. Moreover, loudspeaker exports to Nigeria exceeded the volume sent to the second major destination, Burundi (X units), fourfold. The third position in this ranking was taken by Angola (X units), with a X% share.

From 2012 to 2023, the average annual rate of growth in terms of volume to Nigeria stood at X%. Exports to the other major destinations recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Burundi (X% per year) and Angola (X% per year).

In value terms, Nigeria ($X), Uganda ($X) and the Netherlands ($X) appeared to be the largest markets for loudspeaker exported from Kenya worldwide, together accounting for X% of total exports.

Nigeria, with a CAGR of X%, saw the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of exports, in terms of the main countries of destination over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

Export Prices by Country

The average loudspeaker export price stood at $X per unit in 2023, shrinking by X% against the previous year. Overall, the export price continues to indicate a perceptible decline. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2022 when the average export price increased by X%. Imports into Kenya

In 2023, the amount of loudspeakers imported into Kenya reduced slightly to X units, approximately reflecting 2022. In general, imports, however, posted mild growth.
