Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was Japan ($X per tonne), while the average price for exports to France ($X per tonne) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the United States (-X%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.

Imports into Kazakhstan
In 2021, the amount of tantalum imported into Kazakhstan stood at X tonnes, therefore, remained relatively stable against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports continue to indicate a abrupt descent. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2019 with an increase of X%. Over the period under review, imports reached the peak figure at X tonnes in 2016; however, from 2017 to 2021, imports failed to regain momentum.
