In 2018, Russia (X tonnes) constituted the largest supplier of roots and tubers to Kazakhstan, with a X% share of total imports. Moreover, roots and tubers imports from Russia exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, India (X kg), twofold. The third position in this ranking was occupied by France (X kg), with a X% share.

From 2007 to 2018, the average annual rate of growth in terms of volume from Russia amounted to +X%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: India (+X% per year) and France (+X% per year).
