In 2022, shipments abroad of machinery for filtering or purifying water decreased by X% to X units for the first time since 2019, thus ending a two-year rising trend. In general, exports saw a slight downturn. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2016 with an increase of X%. The exports peaked at X units in 2021, and then declined rapidly in the following year.

In value terms, water filter exports fell sharply to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, exports continue to indicate a noticeable shrinkage.
